A Fatal Delivery by Lauren Oliver struggles to build momentum. The narrative starts off quite slow, taking too long to hook the reader. While it did deliver a good, unique twist, the rest of the execution is rather boring. There simply isn't enough of interest going on to keep you fully engaged, even within such a brief page count. Ultimately, it’s a memorable twist buried in an otherwise forgettable story.
