It was satisfying to see Marin and Rebecca team up once again to take down another pedophile. The holiday vibes were integrated well, giving the atmosphere an extra layer of tension and texture. The cheerful seasonal backdrop provides a sharp contrast against the gritty reality of their mission. On top of that, the method for the kill this time was unique and well-executed, fitting perfectly into the fast-paced nature of the narrative. If you like vigilante justice and sharp female partnerships, then you will enjoy this book.
