Fallen Angel is a fast, entertaining read that kept my attention throughout. The core story pulls you in and makes for a great afternoon escape. While the narrative itself is strong, I found myself wanting more from the final act. The ending leans heavily into ambiguity, and I wish the twist had been at least a little more thoroughly explored. A certain character becomes central in the peak scene, and her involvement just left me confused. Was she merely a pawn, or did she actually earn her place in the fallout? Leaving questions like that so open to interpretation weakened the impact for me. Even with my frustrations over the lack of a concrete payoff, it was a fun read that I recommend.
